Ask the average person about Amazon and you’re likely to hear about their last order, convenient ordering, easy deliveries and returns, and how their cart is never really empty. Nudge them any further and they might talk about someone in a blue vest delivering their packages.

Those workers are people too though…and they don’t all share the same sunny view of the company.

Take a moment to step into the shoes of those workers and see how they feel. Read their signs, look in their eyes, feel the energy of the crowd - remember that the next time you order from Amazon.
